With its strawberries and asparagus, the Meinardi family has been a household name in northern Groningen for years. They also have their own bakery where they bake bread and fresh pastries with their own strawberries. You can also get all kinds of fresh meals, delicious salads and home-made jams and the famous krentjebrij. The local shop also sells fresh products from the region, such as potatoes from Wiersema, eggs from farmer Migchels, cheese from Oldambt cheese factory and dairy products from the Zuivelmand. Fresh, from the region and no unnecessary artificial additives; that is what Meinardi stands for.
